Common Questions

WHERE SHOULD I GO?

The northernmost building on our campus is our Sanctuary, where most of our services are held, and where you’ll find the Fillin’ Station coffee shop and bookstore. Just south of that building is our Youth building, and behind the buildings you’ll find our Family Life Center.

Our goal is to provide a place to truly enjoy your time with God and other believers. If any of our staff can help you locate anything, feel free to ask. We’re here to help!

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

Our worship services feature contemporary praise and worship music. The praise team encourages you to sing along as we prepare our hearts to receive the Word of God.

Pastor Lott is a dynamic preacher with a passion for God’s Word. These aren’t 20-minute devotions! His sermons dig into the roots of life’s challenges and provide sound Biblical principles to help guide us as we walk daily with God.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CHURCH?

We encourage you to dress comfortably. Though most of the people you’ll see are wearing something relatively casual, if you’re comfortable in a coat and tie, or a more traditional “Sunday dress” you won’t be alone. We believe that God is pleased by a heart of worship, and far less concerned about our outward appearance.

What We Believe

  1. That the Bible is the inspired Word of God;
  2. That God exists eternally in three persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit;
  3. That God’s only begotten son, Jesus Christ, was born of the virgin Mary, was crucified, buried and raised from the dead, and that He ascended to Heaven where He sits at the right hand of the Father as the Intercessor;
  4. That every person has sinned against God, and that only repentant faith in Jesus Christ can bring about forgiveness of sin, the new birth, and newness of life;
  5. That believers are called to live a holy life according to the Word of God and that believers are made holy through faith in the blood of Christ, through the Word of God, and by the Holy Spirit;
  6. That the Holy Spirit dwells within each believer;
  7. That the baptism of the Holy Spirit is a gift from God to empower each believer to accomplish his or her work in Christ’s Great Commission;
  8. In water baptism of believers by immersion, in the name of the Father, in the name of His only begotten son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit;
  9. In divine healing through Christ’s atonement;
  10. In the Lord’s Supper and washing of saints’ feet;
  11. In the premillennial second coming of Jesus; first to resurrect the righteous dead and to catch away the living saints to Him in the air; second, to reign on the earth a thousand years;
  12. In the resurrection to eternal life for the righteous and to eternal separation from God for the wicked.
